A study was conducted to determine the core content of a digital survivorship care plan (SCP) for melanoma survivors. The study involved melanoma survivors and healthcare providers (HCPs) who rated the desirability of potential elements to be included in the SCP. Consensus was reached on 24 elements, primarily in the categories of information and education, and oncological follow-up. There were differences in opinion between survivors and HCPs, particularly regarding psychosocial support and care coordination. The study highlights the importance of providing clear information and supporting self-management in SCPs, as well as the need to address diverging perspectives between survivors and HCPs.
