Pemphigoid gestationis (PG) is a rare autoimmune bullous dermatosis that usually occurs during the second or third trimester of pregnancy. The treatment of PG is not well codified.[1] We report a patient with PG and gestational diabetes, successfully treated with dupilumab. Dupilumab could be a very interesting treatment for PG, especially in women with co-morbidities that contraindicate systemic steroid therapy. [Extracted from the article]
