Pelvic lipomatosis is an uncommon benign disease characterized by the excessive growth of mature fat tissue in the perivesical and perirectal areas. A 61-year-old male patient, who was admitted with voiding difficulty, underwent bladder-sparing surgery with excision of adipose tissue for pelvic lipomatosis. The case is presented and discussed with the relevant literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
