The article focuses on the study which analyses the expression of two Arabidopsis thaliana Sec13 homologs, AtSec13A and AtSec13B that contributes to the formation of COPII visicles mediate protein transport from endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to Golgi. It says that AtSec13A was partially expressed, while AtSec13A expressed in most parts of seedlings. It adds that the bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) demonstrated the interaction of AtSec13A or AtSec13B with Sec31 homolog.
