We are living nowadays in a society based on knowledge, which needs a qualified, educated and flexible labour force. There is a great need of individuals who continuously develop their competences, because it has not considered the problem of having a working place along the life time, but the possibility to adapt to many working places and institutions along one period (Chao, 2005). O'Reilly (2001) estimates that during the next years, the young persons that are coming into the labour market will have seven-eight various working places along their career. Taking into account this professional fluidity, the aptitudes of taking decisions for their career must be developed now more than ever. The capacity of continuous evaluation and choosing the best alternative is a feature of the demanding for the tomorrow working force (Smith, Ryan, 2011). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
