The use of industrial land tends to be standardized and rational, but the total amount of developed industrial land has reached its limit in many places. Under such circumstances, industrial transformation and upgrading are difficult, and how to improve the quality and efficiency of the stock space must become the key to the problem. Therefore, this paper proposes to take X city industrial land as the research object, with the help of multidimensional feature analysis of spatial performance evaluation, and apply the method of Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to explore the refined utilization of industrial land promoted by spatial calculation. Through example analysis, the results of site-specific spatial performance evaluation are derived by using various weighted evaluation factors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
