The article discusses an aberrant obturator artery in a 72-year-old man with right and left inferior pubic rami fractures that resulted from a motor vehicle accident in Virginia. The decline in his blood pressure caused by bleeding related to his pelvic fractures is noted. The external iliac artery system and inferior epigastric artery's aberrant obturator artery, a condition known as corona mortis, are discussed.
