The article describes several case studies. These include a 16 year old female presented with marked weakness in her lower extremities that progressed to involved her arms and neck who underwent a neurological evaluation and was diagnosed with familial hypokalemic periodic paralysis and a 1 month old infant who was presented with lethargy, prolonged jaundice and hepatomegaly and was diagnosed with liver hemangioendotheliomas causing consumptive hypothyroidism.
