The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old male of Colombian descent who was hospitalized with a prior history of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and depression. At the age of five he first taken into psychiatric care for nonspecific behavioral problems and family history was negative for psychotic and bipolar illness but only depression history from mother. He responded to drug haloperidol along with cognitive treatment for psychosis is also discussed.
