The present paper aims to compute the normal and shear stresses, dielectric, and electric potential in an irregular initially stressed piezoelectric substrate under moving load. A mathematical formulation of this physical problem gives rise to boundary value problem with the specified boundary conditions. The characteristics of moving load through a considered framework and their state of relying on distinct physical and geometrical parameters have been scrutinized based on their numerical results. Expressions have been obtained in closed-form for normal, shear stresses, dielectric displacement, and electric potential.
