The article discusses a case of a baby suffering from pharyngitis. The baby showed decreased appetite, pharyngeal congestion and lethargy. A result of the magnetic resonance imaging revealed a giant cerebral hemispheric multiloculated lesion. The child underwent surgery and pus were seen which grew Staphylococcus aureus. Excision was considered as the most suitable surgical choice for multiloculated abscess.
