Antenatal diagnosis of isolated infracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) is rare. Postnatal echocardiogram confirmed the diagnosis of infracardiac infradiaphragmatic TAPVC as well as drainage of the pulmonary vein confluence into the left portal vein. The pulmonary veins were re-anastomosed to the left atrium by a suture-less technique. [Extracted from the article]
