영문초록 : The purpose of this study was focused on the effects of various rhythem(12bpm, 140bpm, and 160bpm) on work intensity in Aerobic Dance for colligian. The items in physigue were body height, and body weight body density was estimated from the sun of two skinfold using the regressional eguations suggested by nagamine et at(1972). percent fat was calculated by Brozek et al(1963) formular. Maximal heart rate messurements were continued while the work load in creased by a uniform amont each 20m/min on the treadmill ergometer. The grade was constant at 5% and the initial speed were 120m/min. Heart Rate according to the various rhythem in Aerobic Dance was recorde contimuousely all through the experiment by using fitness computer.(Model DS 101, wonjang Co. Korea) 7 males and 7 female of collegian participated for this study. The conclusion as follows. 1. The means of the percent fat of male and female was 13.5±1.66% and 23.0±1.96%, respectively. 2. The means of the Heart Rate according to 120bpm, 140bpm and 160bpm in rhythem velocity ofr male collegian were 127.5±6.25 beats/min, 138±6.91 beats/min, and 14.9±9.51 beats/min, respectively. Differnce of Total mean Heart Rate perminute between three rhythem (ANOVA) was significant.(P.<0.01) 3. The means of the Heart Rate according to 120bpm, 140bpm and 160bpm in rhythem velocity for female collegian were 140.5± 9.85 brats/min, 153.8±11.88 beats/min, and 165±14.00bpm, respectively. Difference of total mean Heart Rate permimute between three rhythem (ANOVA) was significant.(p.<0.01) 4. The means of % HRmax according to 120bpm, 140bpm and 160bpm in rhythem velocify ofr male collegian were 48.3±5.34% , 55.8±5.92% and 64.0± 8.20%, respectively. Difference of total mean % HR max between three rhythem(ANOVA) was significant.(P<0.01.) 5. The means of % HRmax according to 120bpm, 140bpm and 160bpm in rhythem velocity for female collegian were 58.8±10.80%, 68.8±11.37%, and 77.1±12.85%, respectively. Difference of total mean % HR max between three rhythem(anova) was not significant(N.S)
