웹기반의 전자처방전 처리 시스템에 관한 硏究

영문초록 : The thesis explains the design and implementation of a system that processes electronic prescriptions on the World Wide Web. The system is designed to allow a patient to receive electronic prescriptions conveniently through the Internet regardless of which client system he or she uses in which location. Patients will have to go to a doctor for a prescription and, then, go to a pharmacist to get medicine when the government' s prescription drug system is put in place to divide rights of doctors and pharmacists to prescribe and dispense medical products. In that case, there may be lost or corrupted/destroyed prescriptions. This is when the system comes in handy; sending prescriptions electronically will not only guarantee convenience but also prevent any loss or destruction of prescriptions. The system allows any one who can browse the Internet to receive electronic prescriptions using an easy-to-use interface; the existing systems of hospitals can be linked with the Medical Information Center as explained in this thesis to process any tasks a client may request. Furthermore, the system has adopted WebClass provided in Visual Basic to enhance processing speed and security and has a module for prescription search so that the pharmacies can download patients' prescriptions directly from the systems of hospitals. This search module is based on the COM(Component Object Model) that enables component to component communication. In addition, prescriptions will be processed using XML(eXtensib1e Markup Language). For an access to the database of the Medical Information Center, objects will be processed using ADO(ActiveX Data Object), which provides better functionality and flexibility than DAO(Data Access Object) and RDO(Remote Data Object). In conclusion, the thesis introduces a system based on the Internet to process prescriptions electronically. / 한글초록 : 본 논문은 월드와이드웹(World Wide Web)을 기반으로 하여 전자처방전의 전달을 처리하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 시스템 설계의 우선적인 목표는 클라이언트 시스템의 종류, 위치와는 상관없이 인터넷을 통하여 편리하게 전자처방전을 받을 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 앞으로 의약분업이 시행되면 환자가 병원으로부터 원외처방전을 발부 받아 약국에 가서 그 처방전의 내용대로 약을 받게 된다. 이러한 과정에서 환자가 병원으로부터 받게되는 원외처방전을 분실 또는 훼손 등의 일이 발생할 수가 있다. 이러한 일들을 방지하기 위해 원외처방전을 전자적으로 전달함으로써 환자들에게 편리한 서비스를 제공하며 인적인 원외처방전의 교환으로 인하여 발생되는 처방전의 분실 및 파손의 위험으로부터 벗어날 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 설계하고 개발하고자 하는 시스템은 사용자가 웹브라우저를 사용할 수 있는 정도의 수준이라면 원외처방전을 편리한 인터페이스를 통하여 받을 수 있게 한다. 기존의 병원들에 구축되어 있는 시스템과 본 논문에서 설계되고 구현된 의료정보센터의 연계를 통하여 클라이언트에서 요청하는 작업을 처리할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 클라이언트측의 요구를 신속하게 처리하기 위한 구현 방안의 하나로써 비주얼베이직에서 제공하는 웹클래스를 사용하여 처리속도와 보안성을 높였고, 약국에서 환자의 원외처방전을 얻을 수 있도록 처방전을 검색하는 모듈을 설계하였다. 이 검색 모듈은 컴포넌트간에 통신할 수 있게 하는 메커니즘인 COM(Component Object Model)을 기반으로 하였다. 그리고 원외처방전의 전달을 위해 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)의 형식을 사용하여 처리할 수 있도록 하였다. 의료정보센터에서 데이터베이스에 접근하기 위해 DAO(Data Access Object)와 RDO(Remote Data Object)를 능가하는 기능성과 유연성을 가진 ADO(ActiveX Data Object) 객체를 사용하여 처리하였다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서 설계하고 구현한 시스템은 웹을 통하여 병원과 약국간에 원외처방전을 전자적으로 편리하고 쉽게 전달할 수 있도록 개발되었다.
