Today, the corporation environment is changing very rapidly. Many organizations need to change their structures to survive in turbulent economic situation. Therefore companies are making their efforts to correspond to environment that change rapidly with efficient administration of employee, function of leader and leadership. Leadership is an inevitable factor to do apply new management method in organization. In this sense, Servant leaderhip is pay attention to an important factor. The purpose of this study is to figure out the effort of servant leadership on innovation-focused and learning goal. To test the hypothesis, data were collected through questionnaires from 300 employee, among 280 questionnaires collected. The data was analyzed by SPSS 14.0 for windows. The conclusions of this study can be summarizer as following: First, servant leadership has positive influence on innovative effort and leadering orientation. Second, learning orientation has positive influence on innovation effort. Third, learning orientation mediates between servant leadership and innovative effort.
