Korean Corporate culture factors and local Chinese worker's turnover intentions.This study focus on local Chinese worker's job-related attitudes and how they are affected by the corporate culture of Korean business firms operating in China. In particular, the hierarchical ordering system and collectivism of Korean corporate culture and willingness-to-perform and turnover intentions of worker's were utilized as the main variables of interest. The research for the study took the form of empirical study utilizing questionnaire survey technique using pre-existing questionnaires for each variables. The sample for the research were the workers working in two big Korean business firms operating in Beijing and Shanghai, China. The data collected were statistically processed and analysed using SPSS 12.0 to test four pre-set hypotheses to meet the research purpose. The research results indicate presence of statistically positive relationship existing between the two Korean corporate culture factors and the willigness-to-perform among local Chinese workers. However, there was absence of any statistically significant relationship between the two The findings of this study are expected to provide certain academic grounds from which practitioners, especially those who work in Korean business firms operating in China or are planning to set up operations in China, can develop human resource stratagies tailored to meet the needs of their operations. However, as its limit, the findings are rather confined to the time and sample applied.
