시장 환경이 글로벌화 됨에 따라 과거 어느 때보다 변화의 시기가 급격하며 시장은 장기적인 예측가능이 힘들어 졌고 그런 형태도 크게 변화하고 있다. 기업도 급변하는 환경 속에서 경쟁력을 유지하기 위하여 각자 기업의 강·약점을 정확히 파악하여 대응하여야 하며, 특히 지식이 중요시되는 21세기에는 기업이 살아남기 위해 지식경영의 실천이 피할 수 없는 현실임을 알아야 한다.지식경영은 변화하는 경영환경에 대응하여 조직 능력을 개발하고 경쟁력을 높이며 기업의 부가가치를 창출하는 새로운 경영패러다임으로 지식을 활용해 가치를 창출하기 위해서는 지식경영의 주요성공요인의 분석을 통하여 각 기업의 특성에 맞는 전략으로 도입·관리·활용해야 한다.따라서 본 연구는 기업지식경영의 이론 결합 지멘스(Siemens) 삼성 SDS와 Hewlett-Packard 회사의 사례를 분석하였다. 3개 기업의 기업환경과 지식공유문화 정보기술의 활용(지식관리 시스템) 최고경영층의 리더십과 측정 (평가) 및 보상 요인들 도출하였다.이러한 관정에서 본 연구에서 국내기업들이 지식경영을 성공적으로 실천하기 위하여 효율적 실천방안은 ① 정보기술의 효율적 활용 ② 최고경영층의 지식경영에 대한 의지 ③ 지식공유문화 정착을 위한 다양한 활동 ④ 지식경영의 대한 적극적 평가 및 보상 4까지 실천하면 기업은 성공할 수 있다.
Faced with rapid changes in the business environments both internally and externally, companies is putting their best efforts in continuously introducing management innovation for survival in the age of global competition. From the beginning of 1990s, knowledge has been recognized the most important asset of organization, which also has become an increasing necessary to manage knowledge in the organization effectively.In this course of transform from industrial societies to knowledge-based societies, companies require knowledge management activity in order to deal with environmental change and to remain competitive in the complex market, thus they have been introducing knowledge management gradually. However, not until the last few years has the relative importance been recognized, even which is growing.Knowledge management is the administrate activity and a process of a company to enhance competitive and create additional value such as creating, accumulating, delivering, sharing and recreating knowledge or intellectual capital. Therefore, it newly emerged management paradigm to many companies. Furthermore, the importance of knowledge management is to intensify the key capacity of a company as well as to increase the additional values created by knowledge.This study attempted to derive the success factors by case studies and examination of theories related to a number of success factors for knowledge management. The success factors derived from this study are described below.Senior executives have to clearly manifest their wills about knowledge management, take the initiative and set examples and support teams. Knowledge management system is implemented using information technology which has flexibility and expandability to implement knowledge management with even less expanse. Technology infra construction can do knowledge administration must attain at the same time.Knowledge sharing is indispensible to success factors and affects to knowledge management. Compensation by assessment affords motive which is continuously in creation of knowledge.The limitation of this study is that it is stopping to present model on the basis of literature investigation and actual conditions analysis.
