为了解决中国日益尖锐的能源供求的矛盾, 应对逐渐枯竭的自然资源与日益 增长的能源消费, 提高中国能源利用效率成为当前各方关注焦点。而深入了解 和比较分析各区域能源利用效率水平, 探寻在工业化进程中影响能源效率的关 键因素是必不可少的前提与基础。本文使用DEA模型中的Malmquist指数, 研究 了2006到2016年期间中国30个区域的能源利用效率, 说明改善电能源利用效率 的原因主要是源于技术进步, 而不是整体效率的提高。同时为了更有效的区域 划分, 利用SPSS对中国区域30个区域的能源利用效率进行系统聚类分析, 将能 源利用效率划分为高效区、中效区和低效区最终发现东北地区的能源利用效率 最高, 为高效区。沿海地区次之, 为中效区。最后低效区主要集中在江西省、 河南省和新疆自治区。
In order to solve the obvious problem of China’s energy supply and demand, drying up of natural resources and the increasing energy consumption, improve the energy efficiency become the focus of attention. To understanding and comparative analysis of the regional energy using efficiency level, it is necessary to explore the key factors that influencing the energy efficiency. This paper studied the energy utilization efficiency of industrial electricity by using Malmquist index, 30 regions in China between 2006 to 2016. In this period, the industrial electricity and energy utilization efficiency in China increased by 3.5%, the increase of energy utilization efficiency is mainly due to technological changes rather than efficiency changes. Meanwhile, in order to divides the region more effectively, this paper used systematic cluster analysis on the energy use efficiency of 30 regions in China, there were three regions had collected, high-efficiency regions, middle-efficiency regions and low-efficiency regions. At first, the northeast China was found that has the highest efficiency of energy use, which is high-efficiency region. Coastal area is next, which is middle-efficiency regions. Finally, the low efficiency areas are mainly concentrated in Jiangxi province, Henan province and Xinjiang autonomous region.
