The purpose of this study was to examine anaerobic exercise capacity and isokinetic knee joint evaluation of Youth Male Elite Runners. A total 114 runners who have participated in this study. There were 114 runners(100,200m: 35, 400m: 31, 800m: 32, 1500m:16). As a result, it was found that there was a significant differences in comparing among the detail of events in athletics(p<.05). Interestingly 400m group were higher in anaerobic exercise capacity and isokinetic muscular strength. On the other hand, 100m,200m group were relatively lower in specific fitness in comparing 400m group. Also, maximal extension peak torque of 100m,200m group was similar to 800m group. A further study is considered to be necessary through more subjects especially top elite runners in the future.
