The gap of electrical characteristics of domestic operational amplifiers (the “op-amp”) and imported op-amps, due to design and process factors, remains wide. To comprehensively evaluate domestic op-amps, this paper examines the stability of negative feedback in integrated op-amps. Combining the stability validation results of existing domestic op-amps, the paper makes recommendations on the application validation method for domestic op-amps. The test results will guide the op-amp selection and application of designers.
