The development and application of wireless power transmission have attracted extensive attention of researchers. In order to meet the design requirements of system miniaturization and power directional transmission, this paper proposes an 8×8 parallel-fed mm-wave microstrip antenna array operating in the W-band. The simulation results show that the -10dB bandwidth of the antenna array is about 5.5GHz, from 90.5 GHz to 96GHz. In this frequency range, the VSWR is below 2 and the gain is greater than 22dBi. The peak gain is 24dBi and the half-power beamwidth is about 8° at 94GHz.
