Aviation connectors are widely used in aerospace, navigation, communication, medical and other fields. They are important components for connecting electronic systems. Therefore, in the electromagnetic simulation analysis, the correct and rapid modeling of aviation connector is an important aspect to improve the simulation efficiency and ensure the accuracy of electromagnetic characteristic simulation analysis. In this paper, we propose a novel method for fast generation of electromagnetic model of multi-core aviation connector based on MOM. The planar two-dimensional geometric structure of multi-core aviation connector is divided and grown into volume grid, and the electromagnetic structure model of volume grid and surface grid of multi-core aviation connector is quickly generated through the classification, replication and movement of grid.
