This paper has designed a surface for human tissues of multi-layer absorber and optimized design it. In the optimization scheme of the multilayer wave-absorbing structure, graphite is used as the main wave-absorbing to calculate its electromagnetic parameters under different concentrations, and its reflection coefficient is obtained using the equivalent transmission line theory. By establishing the objective function of the reflection coefficient Γ and Genetic algorithm, on the basis of ensuring the basic functional requirements of the absorber, optimize the design of the thickness, material and concentration of each layer of the multi-layer absorber, on the basis of expanding the absorption band as much as possible, reduce the reflectivity.
