Objectives: The purpose of this study is to intervention and the verification of the effectiveness of TSL programs to promote mental health and ultimately to prevent child abuse at child care centers by reducing job stress, depression and anger among teachers at child care centers. Methods: The subjects of the study were 18 teachers who work at child care centers in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province. The 18 participants were assigned to nine experimental groups and nine control groups. The TSL program was conducted by dividing the experimental group into two teams, with 50 minutes per session and a total of ten sessions. The survey measured job stress, depression, anger and child abuse experiences three times before the program (6 September 2018), immediately after the program (8 November 2018), and later (7 January 2019). The measured data were analyzed through a frequency analysis, independent sample t-tests, and paired t-tests. Results: The analysis shows that TSL programs can effectively reduce job stress, depression, anger, and child abuse among child care center teachers. Conclusions: Based on these findings, we emphasize the need to promote the mental health of child care teachers to prevent child abuse at child care centers and propose policy suggestions for the introduction of intervention programs.
연구목적:본연구는어린이집교사의직무스트레스와우울및분노를감소시킴으로써 이들의정신건강을증진하여궁극적으로어린이집아동학대를예방하기위하여TSL 프 로그램을개입및적용하고그효과성을검증하는데목적이있다. 방법:연구대상은경기도부천에위치한민간어린이집에소속된교사18명으로실험집 단9명, 통제집단9명으로배정하였다. TSL 프로그램은총10회기에걸쳐실험집단을 2팀으로나누어회기당50분씩진행하였고연구를위한조사는사전(2018년9월6일), 사후(2018년11월8일), 추후(2019년1월7일) 총3회에걸쳐직무스트레스, 우울, 분노, 아동학대경험을측정하였다. 측정된자료는빈도분석, 독립표본T검증, 대응표본T검증 을통해분석하였다. 결과:분석결과, TSL 프로그램은어린이집교사의직무스트레스, 우울, 분노및아동학 대를감소시키는효과성이검증되었다. 결론:이러한연구결과를바탕으로어린이집아동학대예방을위한어린이집교사의정신건 강증진의필요성을강조하고관련개입프로그램도입을위한정책적제언을제시하였다.
