A dual-polarized Fabry-Perot cavity antenna (FPCA) with high gain is presented in this paper. Two separate substrate integrated waveguides implemented in two printed circuit board laminates are used to feed the microstrip patch antenna. The superstrate consists of two all-dielectric slabs having gradual permittivity by placing multiple rows of air holes in the substrate. Which are used as the partially reflecting surface and placed right above the feed antenna. The designed antenna with compact size has a peak gain of 12.68dB at 60 GHz. The simulated −15 dB impedance bandwidth for the two ports are 10.2% and 11.5%. The isolation between the two ports is better than 30dB within the bandwidth.
