This paper presents the latest advances in the fast analysis method of electromagnetic (EM) sensitivity. EM sensitivity plays an important role in EM optimization, so how to obtain the sensitivity information faster has become the key to accelerating EM optimization. Applying the model order reduction (MOR) technique can significantly speed up the process of solving the large linear system. A MOR-based EM sensitivity analysis method has been applied to achieve faster sensitivity analysis. Besides, the formulation of this method is compatible with multiple MOR techniques. A wideband hybrid waveguide filter has been chosen to perform EM sensitivity analysis by applying this sensitivity analysis method.
