With the rapid construction of the energy Internet, the traditional program-controlled switching network cannot meet the needs of new power communications services such as video calls and multimedia enhancements. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a power administrative switching network solution based on IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) technology and implements it in the Anhui power grid system. IMS adopts an architecture that separates services, control, and bearer, which is more advanced than soft switching and circuit switching technologies, and is suitable for the deployment and development of multimedia services. IMS is to build an integrated platform that has nothing to do with access and supports a wide range of multimedia services, empowers IP networks, serves customer needs, and provides a strong guarantee for the construction of energy Internet.
