Characteristics of left-handed transducer for magnetostatic forward volume wave was analyzed with a help of Fourier integral, residues methods and numerical simulation by HFSS. Radiation characteristics were found with enhanced nonreciprocity which was compared with usually used fine wire transducer. To confirm theoretical results experiments were undertaken using single crystal slab and thin film of YIG ferrite. Additional radiating surface mode was observed with 40 dB isolation.
