Analysis of the genome inheritance and epigenetic variation of Kiwifruit ploidy and mixed community based on data sequence mining and electronic imaging systems is studied in this paper. Through the comparative analysis of the extraction materials, extraction buffers, and extraction methods of kiwifruit genomic DNA, this research study observed that the genomic DNA extracted from young leaves is more suitable for PCR in terms of material extraction. Compared with the traditional methods, the data sequence mining and electronic imaging systems are highly adopted. The DNA mining model and the fuzzy analysis pattern are combined to help extract the features from different aspects. The electronic imaging is applied to improve the performance of the visualized experimental results. Through the simulation, the mining accuracy and robustness are both validated.
