目的 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定炒僵蚕中重金属及有害元素铜、铅、镉、砷、汞残留量的方法.方法 炒僵蚕饮片经过微波消解后,以锗(72Ge)、铟(115In)、铋(209Bi)为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定铜、铅、镉、砷、汞的残留量.结果 ICP-MS法测定炒僵蚕中铜、铅、镉、砷 4 种重金属及有害元素汞的残留量均低于常规的限量.铅的残留量在0.2~6.4 mg/kg,平均值2.0 mg/kg,有一批样品超出常规限值(5.0 mg/kg).各元素的标准曲线的相关系数为0.997 8~0.999 2,精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~2.8%,重复性的RSD为2.1%~4.6%,稳定性的RSD为2.2%~4.4%,准确度良好.结论 该方法准确可靠,重复性好,灵敏度高,结果稳定,适合炒僵蚕中重金属及有害元素残留量的测定.
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg residues in fried Bombyx mori by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods After microwave digestion,gemanium(72Ge),indium(115In),and bismuth(209Bi)were used as internal standard to determine the residues of Cu,Pb,Cd,As and Hg in fried Bombyx mori by ICP-MS.Results The residues of Cu,Pb,Cd,As,4 heavy metals and harmful elements Hg in fried Bombyx mori were all lower than the conventional limit by ICP-MS.The residual amount of Pb was 0.2~6.4 mg/kg,with an average value of 2.0 mg/kg,Among them,Pb residues of one batches of sample exceeded the conventional limit(5.0 mg/kg).The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of each element were 0.997 8~0.999 2,with precision RSD of 1.8%~2.8%,reproducibility RSD of 2.1%~4.6%,and stability RSD of 2.2%~4.4%,showing goog accuracy.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,reproducible,sensitive and stable.It is suitable for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in fried Bombyx mori.
