MOOC发展迅速,受到了越来越多的关注。本文在分析MOOC特点、发展困境的基础上,提出了青年教师在MOOC浪潮中可以有所为的途径。这些途径包括:积极投身于MOOC浪潮,注重实验和实践平台建设,注意教师角色转变等。
MOOC has been paying more and more attention for its rapid development. In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics and impediments of MOOC. At last, we proposed the way by which young university teachers can make a difference in MOOC times. These ways include taking part in MOOC, paying more at-tention on the construction of experimental and practical platform and changing the role of themselves during education.
