本文研制一台 600 mm×80 mm×80 mm外形尺寸、1.5 mm板片厚度、0.75 mm流道半径的直流道印刷电路板式换热器(PCHE).通过传热与流动特性实验获得典型运行工况下的总传热系数U和范宁摩擦因子f,并与经典的准则式进行对比.结果表明:在 1 400≤Re≤4 792 时,准则式对PCHE样机的传热性能的预测结果与实验结果平均偏差在 8.8%以内,可以较好预测过渡区PCHE的传热性能;准则式与冷态测试下的范宁摩擦因子f实验结果平均偏差在 9%左右,可以预测PCHE 阻力性能.与冷态相比,热态测试的范宁摩擦因子偏大,需进一步修正.
In this paper,a straight flow channel printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE)with 600 mm×80 mm×80 mm overall dimensions,1.5 mm plate thickness,0.9 mm channel radius is developed.The total heat transfer coefficient U and fanning friction factor f under typical operating conditions are obtained through heat transfer performance and flow characteristics tests,and are compared with the classical formula.The results show that when Re between 1 400 and 4 792,the average deviation between the predicted results of formulas and the test results of PCHE prototype is within 8.8%,which can better predict the heat transfer performance of PCHE in the transition region;the average deviation between formulas and the test results of fanning friction factor f under cold test is about 9%,which can predict the resistance performance of PCHE.Compared with the cold test result,the Fanning friction factor of the hot test result is larger,which needs further correction.
