脉冲爆燃压裂利用火药做功于压裂地层,改善井筒附近地层渗流能力,施工工艺成熟,成本低.研究开发了PFGun脉冲爆燃压裂与射孔联作工艺技术,管串结构为射孔枪和压裂枪单元式组合,一趟管柱中将射孔枪和脉冲爆燃压裂枪组合,利用炸药爆轰和火药燃烧的时间差,点火起爆后先射孔形成孔道,随后火药燃烧产生高温高压气体通过孔道进入地层压裂.使用PropFrac软件模拟评估施工安全性及作业效果.在长庆油田注水井现场应用结果表明,该工艺施工简便,效率高,井下无落物,应用效果较好.
The pulsed deflagration fracturing utilizes the propellants to work on the fracturing stratum to improve the seepage capability of the formation near the wellbore.The construction technology is mature and the cost is low,which has been widely used in the field of oil and gas exploitation.PFGun pulse deflagration fracturing and perforating completion technology is developed and the construction safety and operating effection are evaluated by using PropFrac software.The results show that the process is simple,efficient and has no failing objects in the well.It achieved a good application effect in water input well in Changqing oilfield.
