试验旨在评价不同贮藏方式对紫色达利菊营养成分及营养物质的瘤胃降解规律的影响.试验选用3头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的安格斯母牛,采用瘤胃尼龙袋法对以鲜草(F组)、干草(H组)、青贮(S组)和青贮+聚乙二醇(SP组)形式贮藏的紫色达利菊中营养物质的瘤胃降解特性进行测定.结果显示,青贮显著降低了紫色达利菊中缩合单宁的含量(P<0.05).粗蛋白(CP)瘤胃降解率在2~24 h排序为SP组>S组>F组>H组.干物质(DM)的有效瘤胃降解率排序为SP组>F组>S组>H组,CP瘤胃有效降解率排序为SP组>S组>F组>H组.研究表明,紫色达利菊以干草的形式贮藏时能较好地保持缩合单宁(CT)的生物活性,降低CP的瘤胃降解率,具有提高反刍动物蛋白利用率的潜能.
The study was to evaluate the effect of different storage methods on the ruminal degradation of nutrients and nutrients in purple prairie clover.Three Angus heifers fitted with permanent ruminal fistulas were used to determine the ruminal nutrient degradation characteristics of purple prairie clover stored in the forms of fresh grass(group F),hay(group H),silage(group S)and silage + polyethylene glycol(group SP)by ruminal nylon bag method.The results showed that silage significantly reduced the content of condensed tannins in purple prairie clover(P<0.05).The rumen degradation rate of crude protein(CP)ranked as group SP>group S>group F>group H at 2~24 h.The effective rumen degradation rate of dry matter(DM)was ranked as group SP>group F>group S>group H.The effective rumen degradation rate of CP was ranked as group SP>group S>group F>group H.The study indicates that purple prairie clover can better preserve the biological activity of condensed tannin(CT)when stored in the form of hay,reduce the ruminal degradation rate of CP,and have the potential to improve the utilization rate of protein in ruminant animals.
