过氧化物酶的活性可以作为判定稻谷新鲜度的一项重要指标,而过氧化物酶可催化鲁米诺-过氧化氢这一化学发光体系,基于此,该文建立一种新的稻谷新鲜度检测方法——化学发光法.通过优化实验条件,选择过氧化氢浓度为 5.0×10-3 mol/L、鲁米诺浓度为 2.0×10-6 mol/L、pH 9.2、稻谷颗粒数 10颗,作为检测稻谷新鲜度的最佳条件.在最佳实验条件下,使用化学发光方法测量稻谷的新鲜度,并与传统的检测稻谷新鲜度检测方法进行对比.实验结果表明,两者相关性良好.这也表明,化学发光法检测稻谷新鲜度方法可靠,可为稻谷新鲜度的检测提供一种新的方法.
Since the measurement of peroxidase activity can be used as an important indicator to determine the freshness of rice,and peroxidase can also catalyze the chemiluminescence system of luminol-hydrogen peroxide.Chemiluminescence method,a new rice freshness detection method was established.In this paper,by optimizing the experimental conditions,the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 5.0×10-3 mol/L,the concentration of luminol was 2.0×10-6 mol/L,pH 9.2,and the number of rice particles was 10.Under the optimal experimental conditions,we used the chemiluminescence method to measure the freshness of rice and compared it with two traditional rice freshness detection methods.The experimental results show that the correlation between them is good.This also shows that the chemiluminescence method is reliable and provides a new method for the detection of rice freshness.
