为探索沙葱种子萌发的最适条件,以沙葱种子为试材,开展光照处理下不同温度对其种子萌发特性及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明,各光照处理下,20℃时发芽率极显著高于10与30℃;12和24 h光照处理时,10与30℃下种子发芽率仅为0.表明10和30℃均不能提高种子在光照条件下的萌发率,反而导致光对其抑制作用加剧.黑暗与12 h光照环境下,10 和30℃处理时种子SOD活性在萌发后期明显高于20℃;各光照环境下,20℃处理时种子POD和CAT含量均高于10与30℃,而MDA含量则低于10与30℃,可见沙葱种子是典型的需暗性种子,适宜萌发温度为20℃,各光照环境下高温与低温均会限制种子的萌发.
In order to explore the optimal conditions of Allium mongolicum seed germination,using Allium mongolicum seeds as test materials,the effects of different temperatures on the germination characteristics and antioxidant enzymes of Allium mongolicum seeds were studied.The results showed that the germination rate at 20℃was significantly higher than that at 10 and 30℃.Under 12 and 24 h light treatment,the ger-mination rate of seeds at 10 and 30℃were only 0.The results showed that 10 and 30℃could not improve the germination rate of seeds,on the contrary,the inhibition of light was intensified.In the dark and 12 h light environment,the SOD activity of seeds at 10 and 30℃was sig-nificantly higher than that at 20℃in the late germination stage;Under each light environment,the POD and CAT content of seeds at 20℃were higher than that at 10 and 30℃,while the MDA content was lower than 10 and 30℃.It can be seen that Allium mongolicum seeds are typical dark seeds,and the suitable germination temperature is 20℃,high temperature and low temperature will limit the germination of seeds.
