为了促进深层页岩气连续管技术进步,提高连续管装备在深层页岩气井的作业能力和安全水平,总结深层页岩气连续管作业技术与装备发展现状,调研深层页岩气连续管作业技术与装备面临的挑战;分析深层页岩气连续管作业技术与装备的发展需求,总结深层页岩气连续管作业技术与装备研究难点.基于此,提出了深层页岩气连续管作业技术与装备发展方向和研究建议,即配备大管径、超长下深能力连续管作业装备,推进延长下深技术发展,持续提升作业安全性,加强数字化连油建设及发挥辅助配套的作用等.同时提出了大管径、超长下深能力连续管作业装备的结构形式和现场作业流程,大管径、大容量滚筒的结构和作业模式,延长下深新作法、提升连续管作业安全性的具体措施和辅助配套的用法和配套要求,对深层页岩气连续管作业具有很强的指导意义.未来连续管应用需适应深层超深层、超长水平段、套管变形井等复杂井作业需求,是深层页岩气连续管作业技术与装备发展及现场应用的主要方向.
In order to promote the progress of deep shale gas coiled tubing technology,improve the operation capability and safety level of coiled tubing equipment in deep shale gas Wells,summarize the development status of deep shale gas coiled tubing technology and equipment,and investigate the challenges faced by deep shale gas coiled tubing technology and equipment.This paper analyzes the development demand of deep shale gas coiled tubing technology and equipment,and summarizes the research difficulties of deep shale gas coiled tubing technology and equipment.Based on this,the development direction and research suggestions of deep shale gas coiled tubing operation technology and equipment are put forward,that is,to be equipped with large pipe diameter and ultra-long bottom-depth capability coiled tubing operation equipment,promote the development of extended bottom-depth technology,continuously improve operation safety,strengthen the construction of digital coiled tubing and play a supporting role.At the same time,the structure form and field operation process of coiled tubing equipment with large diameter and ultra-long depth capacity,the structure and operation mode of large diameter and large capacity reel,the new method of extending deep depth,the specific measures to improve the safety of coiled tubing operation,and the usage and supporting requirements of auxiliary equipment are put forward,which have strong guiding significance for deep shale gas coiled tubing operation.The application of coiled tubing in the future should meet the operation requirements of complex Wells such as deep and ultra-deep,ultra-long horizontal section and casing deformation well,which is the main direction of the development and field application of deep shale gas coiled tubing technology and equipment.
