Ovim su se radom istraživali pogodni putevi migracije plinova iz podzemlja terenskim mjerenjima duž profila na području Banovine i sjeveroistočnim obroncima Krndije. Iz mjerenih podataka određivali su se radon indeksi za svaku pojedinu točku, koji su visoki u zonama migracije. Također pretežito visok omjer radona i torona upućuje na to da se izvori ovih plinova nalaze u dubokom podzemlju. Uz mjerenja koncentracija plinova uređajima SARAD RTM 2200 i ECOPROBE 5, mjerila se i prirodna radioaktivnost gama spektrometrom instrumentom Gamma Surveyor Vario te su uzeti uzorci stijena kristalinske podloge za petrografsku analizu.
This work identified suitable routes for the migration of gases from underground by field measurements along the profile in the Banovina area and on the north-eastern slopes of Krndija. From the obtained results, radon index was determined for each point, which is high in the migration zones. Also, the predominantly high ratio of radon and thoron indicates that the sources of these gases are located deep underground. In addition to measuring the gas concentration with the devices SARAD RTM 2200 and ECOPROBE 5, the natural radioactivity was also measured by gamma spectrometry with the Gamma Surveyor Vario instrument, and samples of crystalline bedrock were taken for petrographic analysis.
