The article presents a cohort study which aims to validate a prediction model for vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) prediction model and its accuracy on cesarean delivery. The study comprised of pregnant for a trial of labor, which uses final prediction model including maternal age and ethnicity to estimat VBAC success rate. Results show higher success rates on trial of labor than failure rate as calculated by regression equation. It notes that the model is useful for predicting VBAC success.
