  • Dong-A University libraries provide group study rooms for reading activities and debate class.<\/li>\n
  • can be used for faculty\/staff\u2019s class and seminars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Accurate information including number of users, companions\u2019 ID and purpose of use should be specified on the application page before applying(Companions must log-in for the first time on the library website<\/span>)<\/li>\n
        • Reservation approval required for all companions<\/span> (My Library-Group Study Room)<\/li>\n
        • Reservations are possible from 7 days before the concerned hour of the day and cancellations are possible 1 hour before the reservation time.<\/li>\n
        • If there is no reservation, a request can be made for 1 hour extension to the relevant officer in person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Both the applicant and the users should have student IDs.<\/li>\n
          • After using the room, the applicant should return the group study room key to the relevant officer.<\/li>\n

                Notice<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

                • In the case of absence without notice (30 minutes after booking time) after reserving group study rooms, use of group study rooms will not be allowed for the next 1 month.<\/li>\n
                • Make sure all equipment are in place and lights turned off when exit.<\/li>\n
                • Drinks and food cannot be brought in. Otherwise, restrictions may apply to future use of group study rooms.<\/li>\n
                • If equipment and fixtures are damaged during use, the applicant should pay for repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
