Today, the quality of life has been changed by the quality of economic and social life. As qualitative in the indoor playground has changed the direction of interest, playgrounds are games in the future for the qualitative content, as well as enhanced the conveniences of daily life, it is our times, and economic factors such as the rising demand for social needs. In this study, the playground, customer satisfaction and improving service quality and stores images of indoor playground for any causal relationship on behavior intention. There is aimed to identify. To achieve that purpose, researchers surveyed, and the framework of the Interior as a client who's interested in using research surveys at the playground Graduates on China. Reliability Analysis in accordance with the demographic characteristics in order to analyze the data, Feasibility Study, analyzed through the Analysis of Factors. As a result, first, service quality factors, facilities factors and environmental factors, promotion factor was the image shown to increase the store, but fees and service factors was not shown to affect the store image. Second, service quality facility factor was shown to increase customer satisfaction, but environmental factors and services factors, promotion factors was not shown to an impact on customer satisfaction. However it turns out to reduce the fees was customer satisfaction. Third, store image was shown to increase customer satisfaction. Fourth, the store appears to be not affect the image on behavior intention. Fifth, the behavior intention was shown to increase customer satisfaction.
