Dining out industry that can be called representative of service industry has been changed by individual desire and sense of value. Especially, current trends of society consciousness structure persue the quality change, not simple dining out behavior. As the competition in the food service industry is growing fiercer and fiercer, the quality of service has become more and more important. Thus, It is suggested that food service companies should gain customer loyalty and increase their sales and profits. In this study, the author tried to recognize the importance about service quality that influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty people who visit the restaurant. and whether the emotional intelligence of salesperson has moderating effect.
