This study was to investigate the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation and business performance in China and Korea. Also try to sought reveal the effect of adjustment by inserting a participation provider with controlled variables. The main results of this study are as follows. First; the entrepreneurial orientation in the case of impacts of significant positive(+) on product innovation. Second; Korea company was deliver results in a positive impact on innovation, risk sensitivity, initiative in order of product innovation, in the case of Chinese enterprises this initiative does not significantly impact on innovation in product innovation, risk sensitivity analysis is to affect positive(+) significantly product innovation. Third; the analysis of product innovation shown that has a positive impact on business performance. Fourth; the control of the provider involved if the effect is now Korea’s innovation on the other hand, initiative and risk sensitivity control effect does not exist on the impact of provider participation in product innovation were all significantly moderation effect of the variables involved providers exits. But if the Chinese company was found not there all the variables involved in regulating the effects of supplier influences the entrepreneurial orientation on product innovation. These results can be analyzed executive of Korea that recognizes the importance of supplier participation in recognition of the importance of supplier involvement in product innovation, product innovation for Chinese enterprises limited.
