A novel broadband metasurface has been proposed to realize radar cross-section (RCS) reduction based on single-layer random 1-bit coding polarization conversion metasurface (PCM). The unit cell consists of double C-shaped resonates and a ring resonator, which can produce three resonance points to improve the bandwidth of RCS reduction. The structure has a wideband linear polarization conversion efficiency with at least a 90% polarization conversion ratio (PCR). Using two supercells to constitute a $6 \times 6$ random coding metasurface, wideband 10 dB RCS reduction is realized from 8 - 23.65 GHz.
