To construct a low-carbon environmentally sustainable comprehensive energy system, a low-carbon and cost-effective approach has been developed to use new power generation and achieve little or no carbon emissions. The aim is to reduce the overall operating and carbon emissions of the scheme through a graduated CCS scheme and subsequently to create an integrated energy system for a carbon park economic optimization system.
