In this paper, we propose composite right/left-handed (CRLH) metamaterial transmission lines loaded with an array of U-shaped resonators to enhance the phase-shifting nonreciprocity. The numerical simulation results show that the CRLH lines loaded with the resonators increase the nonreciprocity by about 70% compared to those in the conventional CRLH lines without resonators.
