为探究不同针刺密度对石英针刺毡及其复合材料力学性能的影响,采用叠层针刺方法,制作石英针刺毡.采用真空辅助树脂转移模塑成型(VARTM)工艺,以环氧树脂为基体,石英针刺毡为增强体,制作复合材料.力学性能测试结果表明:石英针刺毡和其机织布的拉伸性能随着针刺密度增加呈递减趋势,层间剥离强度呈先增后减趋势,在针刺密度30针/cm2时层间性能最好;随着针刺密度增加,石英针刺毡复合材料的拉伸性能呈减少趋势,剪切性能和弯曲性能呈先增后减趋势,压缩性能呈增加趋势;剪切性能在针刺密度50针/cm2时达到最高,弯曲性能在针刺密度30针/cm2时最好.
In order to explore influence of different needle punching density on mechanical property of quartz needle felt and its composite materials,the laminated needle punching method was used to make quartz needle felt.Using the VARTM process,the epoxy resin was used as the matrix and the quartz needle felt was used as the reinforcement to make composite materials.The tensile property test showed that quartz needle felt and its woven fabric showed a decreasing trend with the increase of needle punching density,and the interlayer peel strength was first increased then decreased.The interlayer property was the best when the needle punching density was 30 needle/cm2.The tensile property of quartz needle felt composite material was decreased with the increse of needle punching density,shear and bending property were increased first then decreased,while the compression property was increased.The shear property was reached the highest when the needle density was 50 needle/cm2,and the bending property was the best when the needle density was 30 needle/cm2.
