南山矿业有限公司为了提高尾矿浆中磁性矿物的综合回收利用率,避免资源浪费和环境污染,针对现有盘式磁选机刮板磨损后无法调整和补偿导致的尾矿回收效率下降、刮板和盘面磨损快、寿命短、更换频繁等问题,对刮板进行了创新性研究.应用一种具有高弹性和高耐磨性的聚氨酯新材料,并与螺旋传动原理结合,研发出了具有自动补偿磨损量的盘式磁选机新型刮板装置.现场应用结果表明:新型刮板解决了盘式磁选机卸料不彻底和刮板磨损快的难题,在同类矿山具有推广应用价值.
In order to improve the comprehensive recovery and utilization rate of magnetic minerals in tailings slurry,avoid resource waste and environmental pollution in Nanshan Mining Co.,Ltd.,aiming at the problems of tailings recovery efficiency decline,fast wear of scraper and disk surface,short service life and frequent replacement caused by the failure to adjust and compensate after the wear of the scraper of the exist-ing disc magnetic separator,an innovative research on the scraper was carried out.A new polyurethane ma-terial with high elasticity and high wear resistance is applied,and combined with the principle of screw drive,a new type of scraper device for disc magnetic separator with automatic compensation of wear was de-veloped.The field application results show that the new scraper solves the problems of incomplete unloading and rapid wear of the scraper of the disc magnetic separator,and has the value of popularization and applica-tion in similar mines.
